Another New e21 Convert..

My name is Joe Gross and I live in Tampa, Florida. I’ve competed in triathlons for 7 years, prior to this I was a collegiate all-American swimmer and then a category 3 cyclist. Last year I won both the Olympic and Long Course National Championships in the Clydesdale division, setting the national record for Super Clydesdales in the Olympic distance. This year my focus is the long course Alp D’Huez triathlon in July and then the ITU World Championship Grand Final in Beijing on September 10 as a member of Team USA.
As a larger competitor, I must continually find nutritional and electrolyte supplements to aid in my training and recovery. In addition, the hot and humid climate of Florida often necessitate training rides and runs peaking into the early afternoon. Heat stroke and exhaustion are often just a water cooler away. Having experienced e21 earlier this season during a long, hot ride I became a convert as I noticed both an alertness at the ride’s conclusion and reduced fatigue later in the evening. Since then, I use e21 before, during, and after all my workouts; it’s inclusion in my regime makes a marked difference in my recovery for the next hard workout. If you are a heavy sweater and/or take multiple electrolyte supplements for your training and racing, ditch them for the simplicity and effectiveness e21 offers. These are in my bag every day and a requisite for race day preparation.
Thank you e21 for a product that truly works as advertised.
