My name is Jamie Patrick. I am 40 years old and live in Lafayette California . I am a 15 time Ironman finisher, 2 time Ultraman World Champion finisher and Triple Ironman finisher. I am currently focusing on marathon swimming. Having just become the first in history to complete a double crossing swim of Lake Tahoe (44 miles non stop), my next adventure is to swim 240 miles nonstop to set the world record for the longest non wetsuit swim in history. I have implemented e21 into my daily training and have truly felt the effects. I generally take e21 about two thirds through my workout. My recover is better than it has ever been.
